I'm currently a Senior Software Engineer at Sprinklr, where I work on large-scale backend systems and distributed platforms. Previously, I've worked with the University of Cambridge, 88 Ventures, and DRDO.

At Sprinklr, I build customer feedback management (CFM) systems that power research insights, turning large volumes of customer feedback into signals teams can search, analyze, and act on. I'm particularly interested in building reliable systems that scale, improving user experience, and solving complex engineering problems at scale.

Outside work, I enjoy writing about technology, distributed systems, careers, business, coffee, watches, and whatever rabbit hole has captured my attention recently. This website is my attempt to think in public and document things I learn along the way.
